Learning to teach, by teaching
The B.Ed. programme balances educational theory with sustained classroom practice. Trainees prepare lesson plans, deliver micro-teaching sessions, and complete a school internship under the joint supervision of college faculty and the host school mentor.

Two-Year Structure
Semester I
Childhood & development, contemporary India, language across curriculum.
Semester II
Learning & teaching, pedagogy of two school subjects, micro-teaching.
Semester III
School internship — full-time teaching in a partner school.
Semester IV
Assessment for learning, inclusive school, gender & society, final viva.
Practical Components
Practice Teaching
Minimum 40 supervised lessons across two teaching subjects.
Teaching Aids
Charts, models and low-cost TLM prepared in the workshop.
Psychology Practicals
Standardised tests on intelligence, aptitude and personality.
Admission Requirements
